• tyre check for tread wear & cuts, tyres & tubes replaced if needed

• front & rear gear mech degrease and adjust

• chain wear check, degrease and re-lube or replaced if needed

• brake check, adjust / bleed or blocks / pads replaced if needed

• gear cables checked, lubed or replaced if needed

• brake cables checked, lubed or replaced if needed

• bar tape re-set if needed or replaced if needed

• bottom bracket check, adjust or replaced if needed
